   We recently sold our house with 3Keys after initially struggling to gain any traction with Purple Bricks. Michelle Sidebottom worked tirelessly to market and then to see our sale to completion. She is so lovely, and made 3Keys an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish, with very competitive rates too! Michelle went above and beyond to liaise with other estate agents, solicitors, mortgage advisors... You name it! Her communication was always timely (often the first to know of any updates in the complicated chain) and it felt like nothing was too much hassle in order to get the job done. It's true that selling and buying homes can be a stressful life event, but 3Keys always gave us that reassurance and light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you so much!!

   We chose 3Keys to list our home after hearing good things about them, and their reviews on here reflect what we heard. However, our experience wasn't anything like those described by others. We found the communication to be inconsistent from start to finish and the overall service didn't meet the expectations when trying to sell a house of our price point. I think 3keys may be well suited to certain home sales and rental properties. We certainly won't be recommending them or using them again in the future, which is a shame as they are local to us.

   I cannot recommend 3Keys enough for both selling and purchasing a property. They had a tough job with us selling 2 houses to buy one but they certainly did a great job. The staff are kind, understanding and go above and beyond their roles to help you. I've used other estate agents in the area and they don't come close to the service at 3keys.    This is a month late but needed to review. 3 Keys were brilliant when I had to sell my mums property, Michelle & Hannah were a fantastic help, very understanding of my situation and the aftercare once it had sold was just great ( I’ve used other estate agents in the past who were shocking and didn’t bother with you once it had sold on the board) I can’t recommend this company enough, if I ever have to sell another property, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Well worth 5 stars!
