I was feeling completely lost in regards to my mother and father on laws estate, but with their step by step guide we have a plan in action. They warm, friendly and compassionate. Great work Belvoir!
I had a really great experience with Belvoir when moving into my first rental property. From the very beginning, everything felt straightforward, well organised, and genuinely stress-free. Their communication was brilliant throughout, and it made the whole process so much easier than I expected. A big thank you to Alicia, who kept me updated at every stage and was always quick to get back to me. As someone renting for the first time, that really put me at ease. And thank you to Chris, who showed me around the property and later handled the key-collection appointment in a really professional and friendly way. His attention to detail is superb. Everyone I dealt with at Belvoir was helpful, polite, and clearly very experienced and passionate about their jobs. Overall, it was a really positive experience, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone.

Chris and all of his staff were very supportive in the run up to moving into mine and my partners rented property. They also provided us with all of the details we needed. I am a tenant with Belvoir in Doncaster and had an excellent experience with their customer service. Katie was extremely professional and supported us through a boiler issue, coordinating with the vendor, and gas engineer to ensure it was resolved as quickly as possible. The office staff were also very responsive and keen to get everything fixed without delay. I really appreciate their efficiency and support.
Arranged for Chris at Belvoir to go to my deceased mother's house with a view to renting it out. Told him my sister was there and arranged a time. He called me 30 mins before the appointment to say my sister hadn't replied to his text message or phone call confirming the appointment. I said she might not have credit on her phone but was definitely there so please go....but he was adamant that he wanted my sister to reply to his text message before he set off.....so I told him not to bother.....totally unprofessional and wasted mine and my sister's time......

Highly recommend. This agency has been a great help. Moving is usually pretty stressful but with belvoir everything was straight forward and easy. Customer care is top tier, help is always available. Any issues we’ve had they made it their mission to resolve them.

We found him helpful, polite and very thorough, especially when handing over the keys. Things have changed considerably since we rented our previous home and we never realised the mountain of paperwork that you now have to read, sign, read again and even sign again.
