   The agents here are lovely and very easy to talk to when you can actually reach them. Unfortunately, getting a response to specific issues has been a constant battle. While I appreciate their friendly demeanor, it doesn't make up for the lack of communication and slow resolution times. I would recommend them for their personality, but be prepared to chase them constantly for updates

   We went to view a house all went well staff was great , we then applied and put a holding deposit down. Unfortunately we didn’t get the house however when asking for the deposit back we was told we would get it back in a couple of days . When I phoned up a couple of days later this was said again this continued for a week and a half with no joy . After a week and a half we was told that they didn’t know why we hadn’t had back yet and that they were going to get on it Again having to wait . Please be careful when giving these guys a holding deposit as you may as well kiss it good bye

   Cannot recommend Martin & Co enough. After recieving a property back from another letting agency in a totally different state than it was when I let it with them, Alina sorted everything in order to get it ready for the new Tenants which she had found for me, there was a very tight turn around and not much time to sort things out and although things still needed doing she was great at liasing with the new tenants and nothing was too much trouble and she made my life so much easier, thanks Alina and the staff at Martin & Co you have been amazing.
