   I had an appointment that ended up taking nearly two hours, and honestly, most of that time was just repetitive filing. I had three different staff members working on my nails, all seemingly doing the same thing over and over again with no clear communication between them. One of the technicians started aggressively removing my tips, even though only one was slightly loose definitely not to the point of needing to be ripped off or drilled down. It felt totally unnecessary and harsh. At one point, two staff members were arguing right in front of me for over an hour while I just sat there waiting for someone to finish the job. To make matters worse, one of the techs drilled into my actual skin, causing it to bleed, and instead of cleaning it properly, she just brushed over it with the same dust brush they use on everyone. It was painful, unhygienic, and completely unprofessional. Honestly, I left with sore fingers and a bad impression. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this salon if you care about proper technique, time management, or even basic hygiene

   Not great service , wouldn't call it manicure cut nails and painted them very badly. Nail varnish remove and reapplied at home and did better job myself.

   I asked for biab infills and when my nails were ready the lady got out the acrylic powder so I had to remind her. The general process seemed ok but I did feel that the products were being used sparingly. Once I got home and looked properly with glasses on I can see ridges where more Infill was clearly needed. I won’t be returning to this nail salon. I think they choose speed rather than perfection.

   Nails starting lifting off after a week on them on. They replaced my nail but the complete wrong shape, colour and acrylic was stuck onto my finger.

   I had my nails done today and they are very messy! They told me £30 and then after said £33! But then took the whole £40!!!! Didn’t give me change when I asked for it! I thought as a new face in a new shop that also said they’ve never been to this one and I said I was trying a new shop, you’d think that they would have more respect! NEVER AGAIN will I go to this nail salon! Very very poor!!! I’m very disappointed and disgusted from today!!

   Poor poor poor!! Asked to soak off nails without using drills. Totally ignored my request. I’ve cared for my nails and don’t use any enhancements at all!!! They have RUINED my nails. They are weak, brittle and now thanks to their poor service… painful. They do not use any cleaning solutions for their equipment but simply wash it under the tap!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
