   The owner of this place is quite rude. I’ve been a regular customer for months now but it ends today. I was looked up and down and then he just said no to my request to do my nails. No explanation whatsoever. Just no and then he continues speaking to someone else. Go learn some customer service as you’re in the service industry. Disgusting behavior!

   I usually don’t have a bad experience in this place, but I wouldn’t say it is good either. The young lady who usually does my nails is okay even though she doesn’t seem happy most the time but I don’t have an issue with her as she makes small effort to be somewhat nice and the way she normally does my nails is fine. However I must write this review due to what I experienced yesterday and I am quite unhappy about it in all honesty. One thing that stands out is that there is not a very nice or welcoming atmosphere in most sense. The staff are extremely non chalant and slightly moody. There is no real effort in my opinion to be friendly or have any type of chit chat with customers and if the customer tries they are quite unresponsive and there is not much effort to engage. I didn’t have too much issue with this until I came in yesterday to fix my nails from the weekend. The chrome they had put on the nails to give it a subtle shimmer type effect had scraped off slightly. I needed it fixing before I go on holiday later in the week. They should have been very understanding and jovial about it in general and I just got the energy that it was too much effort but they went ahead and attempted to fix it anyway. Also sometimes when they speak in their language you can pick up in a way if they make a comment about you and I’m sure they said something about me, and laughed. I could be wrong but it felt as if they might have. The man who fixed it clearly didn’t know what he was doing with the chrome and the lady who originally done mine should have fixed it. He shaved the acrylic nails off in such a way that made them not as nice as the shape before. The shimmer from the chrome was not the same on each nail and one of the nails still had not had the scraped off chrome fixed. The shimmer from the chrome also looked different on each nail as some had more and some had way less. I got the sense he was doing it half heartedly and didn’t care necessarily to get a decent result. I must also add I picked up on the way he talked to me and it was as if he was annoyed I was there and trying to hide it. I remember asking him where the bin was and the way he showed me was in quite a condescending manner. I did not like that at all. I didn’t realise until a while after the shop that it was in fact worse than before and I should have gone to a completely different nail shop that actually care and put effort about the customer nail result which is what I will have to now do and spend more money elsewhere. I have now learnt to go instead where the customer service is friendly, welcoming and attentive. I will also now only go where I get a sense that they care about getting the best result possible and do not make me feel like I am an inconvenience as a paying customer if I am unhappy about something. I must add that the decor is horrible; quite dull, gloomy and cluttered. The cleanliness doesn’t seem the best (a lot of dust too) and even the fishes in the tank don’t seem happy; I sort of feel sorry for them. I hope they are fed. The pictures I provided sort of show them properly but if you saw them in real life you would think a complete beginner done them who wasn’t trained properly. I will most definitely not be going here again. I’m sorry but you receive the energy that you give and they need to do much better.

Coming from Italy, I've experienced many nail salons, but none compare to the exceptional work these professionals deliver. The owners are incredibly polite, and the rest of the team is friendly and welcoming too, making every visit a delightful experience. Highly recommend!

   Terrible, terrible, terrible job!! I've had to redo this twice and he couldn't even match the right shade of pink that I had before. The guy is super aggressive with my nails and I had to tell at him last time to be more gentle. I refused to pay £35 for this and only paid £30 which was rather generous of me as I really should be paid £20 or something. Never going back, total rubbish

   Wouldn’t recommend. The guy that did my nails on Tuesday unfortunately did a really bad job. My nails were lumpy (his filing technique is not good), my nails were also uneven and different shapes. He kept getting annoyed with me when I was telling him during the process. It wasn’t until I paid and the manager agreed they weren’t done nicely so he allowed me to sit back down and have another tech fix them. Because they were so lumpy, the new tech had to file them down so much that the acrylic became very thin. I made him aware so he could add more acrylic but he said it was okay. He fixed them as best as he could considering how bad they were. This was Tuesday night and by Wednesday afternoon 3 of my nails broke in the exact same spot due to how thin they were. I went back the following day to get them fixed. The attitude and rudeness I received was crazy but frankly I didn’t care because I paid for a service and expect them to be done to my satisfaction. They repaired them but now they’re back to being uneven and mis shaped. This place isn’t worth the risk of gambling if you’re going to get a good tech or not. They’re not clean and the staff is rude. The manager talks badly about prior employees and doesn’t create a positive atmosphere overall.

   The most horrible place. Did my full set of acrylics here , after 2 weeks most of the nails chipped and started falling apart . I booked an appointment after few weeks as I was busy and when I went there the man said I have not made an appointment and refused to do my work. I took day off to get my nails. But that disgusting man refused . It was his mistake that be did not put down my appointment when I called earlier.

   Took my niece her yesterday to get acrylic set. Paid £35 because they said they needed to use gel polish. I had to leave my niece in the shop because car ticket was running out. Couldn’t believe how terrible of a job they done. Acrylic was bumpy, shape of nails were all different, gel was painted very poorly. French tip were different on all nails. Not how she wanted at all. Definitely not going back again.
