   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my first time getting a manicure (just clear protection gel), and I went in as a walk-in. Leo took care of me and was super friendly from start to finish. Honestly, some of the negative reviews about customer service don’t match my experience at all—everything went smoothly. The price was affordable, the process was quick and easy, and I felt comfortable the whole time. I’d definitely come back again!

   I have been getting my nails done at this salon for the past six months. I have not had any good experience from the staff there. I find that they have prices written on the board but when are quotes for other things by mouth. They charge extra when you ask for a different shape nails and many other things which is not written in the price.they are not friendly to customers.I am utterly disappointed as I stopped going to a nail salon which I really loved because this one is close to my house. I am now changing to go back

   If I could give 0 stars, I would which in itself explains the poor service. I have been a loyal customer to this shop for years and have had great service. I went to get a full set today with a picture in mind (first picture attached) which I thought would be pretty simple for a professional, experienced nail technician. I was told by the lady (who sits on the first seat on the right) that the colours would not be the exact same, which I assumed meant it may be a shade different than the ones in the picture, so I agreed. First of all, she matched two of the nail shades and the rest she chose random colours. She did not even file the nails to the desired shape, which is visible in the images I have attached. My actual nails can be seen underneath and the lines are wonky. I have had to file my nails myself to make them look half decent. I am extremely disappointed by the service of a professional nail technician. I have been a loyal customer to this shop for years and I was not expecting the outcome to be such poor service and poor quality. If you are checking these reviews, I strongly recommend to find a different shop as although you may receive good service one day, you may not the next.
