   Emily, Laura, Shelley and the whole Maltby team have been absolutely amazing. They have gone above and beyond to make the whole selling process for my dad as smooth and as stress free as possible. They have all kept us well informed through the whole process. The team are very friendly and i can't say a bad word about any of them they have been amazing, dad thinks you are all lovely and has praised you all. I would strongly recommend anyone who is buying or selling a property to use the Maltby branch, you will certainly receive excellent service. Well done and thank you to you all.

   I can't praise the ladies in the Maltby office enough. They have been fantastic all the way through the sales process, keeping us well informed of viewings and offers. Our sale has took a while to go through but they have always been optimistic and shared ideas on new things to try, acting professionally at all times. Once we had a buyer they have chased all parties concerned on a regular basis and updated us. Well done Merryweathers you have been fantastic!

   We have sold 2 houses this year with Merryweathers Maltby. The lady’s Laura, Emily and Shelley are an absolute class 1 team from start to finish, if it wasn’t for this team then solicitors would still be sat with paperwork on their desks and sales would not move forward. They have to deal with the most arrogant and self righteous people yet keep professional at all times . They have supported me through a particularly hard purchase and sale with a few giggles and light stress relief. I definitely won’t be moving anytime soon but will be calling in and saying hello. I hope people realise that the services from Merryweathers are not simply to value and sell your home, they actually do all the chasing, backwards and forwards between solicitors, buyers and sellers keeping the chain in order while dealing with frustrating demanding people.I just couldn’t imagine doing this without all the hard work from them . So at the end of the day wether you are buying or selling a property if you choose Merryweathers you will get someone on your team dealing with all the people, solicitors, surveyors involved, they take most of the stress from all sides :)
