   Liz, Andrea & Tammy and the rest of the team went over and above to support us getting our house purchase. Andrea was amazing and her investigative skills helped us sort out the issues that were holding us up. Reeds Rains werent our estate agents but the sellers, and yet they kept us informed, contacted us weekly and were super helpful overall. We even got a lovely moving in card which was more than our estate agents did.    After a bad experience trying to sell our house with another agent we moved to Reeds Rains, who were a breath of fresh air. Jade valued the property and then organised the professional and very polished advertising of the house. They organised all the viewings, kept us informed about timings and gave us feedback after each visit. Once the house was under offer Liz was amazing in keeping us informed, chasing solicitors and generally making sure things progressed. All this done in a friendly and efficient way.
