Absolutely amazing service every time! I’ve been coming here for a while now and Amie is just brilliant. She’s friendly, professional, and always listens to exactly what I want. My nails come out perfect every single visit: the shape, the colour, the detail… everything is spot on. The whole team creates such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend Amie if you’re looking for someone who’s consistent, talented, and genuinely lovely. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have been going to Amies Nails for over 10 years. Love Love Love the place! Amie and all the staff are super lovely, it is always excellent quality and budget friendly too. I get my hands and feet done here. I love that it is walk in or appointment. They have always fitted me in. Every Christmas I have a christmas theme design which always look amazing. Oliver is the best at design! It is a happy, friendly, vibrant salon and I can't recommend it highly enough.

Super sad to say I was a regular customer of Amies Nails but I won’t be anymore. I gave the salon a few chances after this happened the first time as I wasn’t sure if maybe it was just the staff I had on that particular day; but the last 3 times I’ve been here I’ve been cut by the drill so many times. I got my nails done last week and my fingers are still in pain. I know accidents happen and I always expect to be cut at least once but I was cut on 5 fingers.. Another time before this I also had my nails drilled down so much they were in agony & were throbbing for a few days after.. I did tell the lady they were burning and painful but she just giggled and said the pain would stop soon.. I really do hate to leave a bad review but I’m just shocked that this has happened so much recently, it never used to be an issue

Treatment: Full set acrylic with gel polish Service: Poor Walked in to get my nails done today and the man that done my nails was unprofessional. He did not realise that I actually understand Vietnamese and as he went to sit down to do my nails he made a comment about my weight. “This fat girl” in Vietnamese, to which I mentioned to him that I do understand Vietnamese. On top of another colleague mentioning that I am Vietnamese. He had no manners to even at least apologise for his comment. Throughout the treatment was just completely awkward as I didn’t even feel comfortable even talking to him at this point. In my eyes this walk-in treatment has just been a waste of time and money. He drilled my cuticle to the point it was bleeding, followed by no apology for cutting me. No manners at all. From the pictures I’m sure you can see the following issues Left hand: Thumb area gel polish does not look consistent all throughout, nails are not filed properly, acrylic spillage under thumb and on little nail which has not been filed off, poor paint job Right hand: bleeding on index finger cuticle, thumb is not smooth, it’s lumpy, paint job terrible PS: usually after filing the nails down with the drill, before application of Gel polish it’s common practice to wipe down the nail bed with lint free wipes to prepare the nail surface for gel colour. To ensure that the nail surface is free of dust. But he didn’t, he just brushed off the dust with a brush and proceeded to apply the colour straight on. I’m all for supporting Vietnamese run beauty salons but after this experience I won’t be returning. I don’t even want it to seem stereotypical but the usual “they’re talking about you in their own language” actually exists. Do better and retrain your staff. Waste of time and money.
