   Worst salon in goodmayes!! Go there if you want to waste your money and leave crying. Recently came in for a French pedi, the style done was something you’d see in the 90’s. I voiced many times that I didn’t like it. Upon returning the next day to get it fixed, it had been fixed. To what expense? Driving down again and having to beg to get a bad service fixed. After the boss had fixed the nails, the original nail tech who has 0 experience decides to start arguing now. Arguing in front of customer stating I never mentioned my dislike. I definitely did and will not be returning!! All staff need customer service skills and need to work on the quality of their nails. Avoid girls!! Perfection nails / nails boutique Hornchurch are 10 of this place.

   I had a shellac on Saturday before to go on holidays. A very basic thing on short nails, I cannot usually afford it, it was a special Christmas treat. Next day, I saw that 2 nails were chipped, by tuesday big chunks of paint were out. So very sad and so very dissapointing. Not sure if the quality of the nail polish is awful or the guy is not proper trained, as I saw that he didn’t prep the nail properly. I feel like I’ve been stolen of my £20 and surely ruined my hands for Xmas, plus I will have to spend money again to take whatever remains before even one week after having them done. The nail polish did not last even one day, but the wounds he did on my cuticles will surely remain for weeks, painful a and looking awful, he wasn’t careful at all, just rushing for the money and I doubt that they desinfect the tools properly. So very frustrating.

   Unfortunately I have to leave 1 star review because the way I left the salon terrified me. Not even a beginner is doing the nails the way I got them done at this salon. The guy didn’t listen to me and the colour was not the right one. Instead of milky white I got some bad kind of cheap looking white. They were too short, fat and the guy hurt two of my fingers. They should not allow unprofessional employees to do experiments or practice on customers nails. I am coming and paying expecting high quality. What I asked for and what I got was not even close and the staff is not really friendly. Just have a look for what I asked for and what I got which was their best apparently!

   Service was lovely, and my nails lasted for a month and a half. I accidentally told the lady i wanted coffin shape however i wanted square shape, and she re-did 2 of my nails without asking for more money. The guy who did my pedicure was so lovely as well, as when i smudged my nail polish on the towel he also re-did it. Overall i loved it and highly recommend!
