   I am posting this from a friends Google account … But I just wanted to say that Galleys were absolutely fantastic throughout the sales process and Logan has first class customer Skills …..he was a credit to Galleys …. There was a mix up in the payment of the sale from the solicitors side …..& notably my fee of repayment to Galleys , but Galleys have been fantastic and very understanding …. ..I would most definitely recommend using Galleys.

   The worst experience of my life regarding properties with this agent. We tries to rent a house through the agents and we have had nothing but issues. They and landlord agreed we could rent a house and paid a holding deposit. Was told can only hold for 13 days and they wanted us to move in right away. We stopped our other contract ready to move and then nothing. Delay after delay and the fear of being homeless with 2 young kids. Then we see the property back on the market. Still say no need to worry but yet further delay. Eventually 2 days before our extension on current contract they say they are having other viewing and we can reapply. No sorry or acknowledgement of the trouble it caused us. A heartless estate agents.

   Must say truly a fantastic agency. I’ve dealt with many agencies in the past purchasing buy to let properties and the service by Logan at Galley Properties has been second to none. Right from the offset, he has been extremely professional, very customer focussed and he is very passionate. He has been in regular contact with myself throughout the whole process. Would certainly use Galley Properties again for buying as they really do offer a seamless hassle free service so thanks again Logan for all your help!
