Best ombre nails in the area. I tried few other places over years but NONE can do ombre acrylics like those guys! Very thin layers and super natural finish. Always have plenty of compliments about my nails. Staff always polite and kind. Always very happy
My nails are in such better condition since coming here (I get acrylics and sometimes mani/pedi). They’re always gentle and get the French tips / colour just right - perfectionists! Plus they’re all really nice - shoutout to Psi and Maria! Love this salon.

If I could give just 0 stars I would,I came in for an infill and new colour today,The lady who did my nails I’m not sure of her name but she was very fast with the file and scraped my fingers multiple times which hurt badly,she also kept filing my cuticle which hurt really badly and then proceeded to put acetone on my nails and in the cuticles which went into the scrapes and cuts and burned,they aren’t shaped properly,they are really thick and I have the initial R on my ring fingers and one is way bigger than the other AVOID AT ALL COSTS I WASTED £25 on this rubbish

I was extremely disappointed with the service here. I went here to get Christmas nails and I didn’t expect to see a wild rat underneath the paying desk. Not only this, but I also got called a rice crispy as soon as I walked into the shop! I heard the workers arguing over whether to have curry or soup for tea whilst a small child chased the poor rodent whilst many customers screamed in terror. Moreover, the manicure lady threatened to cut my finger off because it was too wonky to work on. I was expecting more than this and will NEVER return.
My daughter walked here from welling and it absolutely hammered down on her way, she was soaked. They gave her towels and a warm heater to get her dry. That's so kind and above and beyond. Thankyou

Today , I’m leaving this shop very upset. This was the worst nail shop service I had in years . I have been coming here for a couple of years now and the owner , Marie is lovely . I normally have to wait ages even when I book an appointment but the nails always Turn out nice so I overlook the waiting . I booked an appointment for 10:40 today . I waited until 12:35 and was still not served . I got up many times to let the manger know i was still waiting . She would apologies and tell me a couple more minutes. Then I noticed a customer who was louder with her complaining was seen before me . Despite me being there before her and having an earlier appointment. Also , a man brought a lady from a near by beauty salon ( as his name lady was out ) and she jumped in front of all of us . Manager reason was that the lady was going on holiday . So what ? She overbooks and needs additional staff to handle the amount of bookings she is taking . I will have to attend today’s party with old nails which is very annoying after spending 1 hour and 55 mins in a nail shop .They do nice nails but the service is generally horrendous ! If you have time to waste , then book .
