   Had a really relaxing massage and foot manicure. Nice and bubbly place, the best aspect are the ladies that work there. They are very friendly and enjoy a chat and a laugh. The massage chairs are also very relaxing . Highly recommended ,) Thanks to Lindsey who looked after me :)

   I had a pedicure 2 weeks ago and now I have a nasty toe infection which landed me in hospital with pus coming out and excruciating pain. I'm now on strong antibiotics and dressing on toe. Which has resulted in me not able to go to work. I gave them a call and explained what happened there was no sympathy at all no sorry to hear that how you feeling or is your toe getting better nothing. I asked what happens now I got an answer of I don't know. Next time bring picture of your toe. I will speak to my manager no I will get back to you after speaking to the manager that was the end of the call. After what happened to me I would only say go at your own risk, as for me it's the last time I will be going there.

   really ruff with my and made my pinky bleed. uneven nails and not enough coats. really messy heart designs and very disappointed my hand was being pulled and hurt me.

   Worst nails I have ever had. I just moved to the UK from America and needed my nails done as I had vacay plans. This place was close to where I stay so I had no choice as I was running out of time. First, most of the best services on their menu are not available (example nail art/design), so they only do basic nails. Second, I requested for the powder dip in nails which the older Asian lady claimed she could do but it wasn't listed on their menu (I guess that was a sign but I ignored it). When we started, I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted and she said she could do it, that I should not worry. As time went on, I could see this woman had no idea how to do nails, very disappointing. Even when I complained during the process, she just dismissed my corrections and did what she wanted. I ended up with a classic case of what I ordered vs what I got (see Pic and feel free to laugh because my nails look pregnant). I still paid her but I ll rather never do my nails again than to return to this place.

   I have had my feet and nails looked after by Polished to Perfection for many years. I have used other nail spas in the past but I always come back to Polished to Perfection as they are the best! The pedicures are exceptional and the staff are all very friendly.
