   I used to be a regular customer for quite some time, but my recent visit was very disappointing. The water was cold and not clean, and it appeared the towel hadn’t been changed. During the pedicure, the machine was set too high and caused my cuticles to bleed on both feet. The treatment felt rushed and uncomfortable, and the technician didn’t seem experienced. When I asked to stop, I was still asked to pay the full amount, and no one offered an apology. I left £10 and decided to leave. Unfortunately, the overall standards have dropped significantly, and I won’t be returning.

   This is usually my favourite nail shop but I’m done with being deceived out of money. I asked for an infill and the guy cut all my nails off and put new tips on. He asked me what colour I wanted and then said it wouldn’t show up well so a woman brought over 2 powders to do the ombré I’d requested and I thought okay whatever - they know best. They’re well done, but they’re bright pink and unnatural looking which isn’t what I wanted. And then I got charged £10 extra because instead of the infill I’d requested, he’d charged me for HIS decision to remove my nails and start again. I’m fuming. I won’t be returning. I only just started going back here after being charged random prices all the time for the same thing. I’m done with this place. I’m happy to pay for a service but don’t do whatever you feel like and then charge me for the privilege. This was done deliberately to get more money and I will now be taking my money elsewhere. I won’t give them another chance after this.

   I’ve been going here since I was 14 I’m 22 now I’ve never broken a nail or had any issues and the staff are lovely waiting times are not an issue , the pricing is quite fair I don’t find it an issue and quality is even better. I would recommend this nail salon to everyone

   I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this salon today. From the moment I sat down, it was clear that the man filing my nails had no care or concern for my comfort. The machine was set far too high and was actually hurting my nails, but he didn’t adjust it or seem to care. On top of that, when I asked him for the price, he completely ignored me. He also seemed so unbothered to be there, didnt say hello was extremely unfriendly and gave such an off vibe. Later, another man took over to finish my nails, and his attitude was shockingly rude. When he asked me to check if my nails were okay, I took a moment to look them over — and he gave me the most intimidating stare, as if I was inconveniencing him by simply making sure the job was done right. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. What’s even more upsetting is that I couldn’t help but notice a pattern in how customers were treated. White customers were spoken to politely and treated with care, while black and brown customers, were met with rudeness, dismissiveness, and attitude. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and frankly, disgusting and racist. I will not be returning here, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their race or background.

   Myself and my granddaughter went to Lily‘s today to get her nails done. They were amazing my granddaughter who is eight had the most wonderful time and can’t wait to go back to get our nails done again thank you so much.

   Thank you to all the lovely staff who made my 76 year old mum’s trip to the salon a real treat today. She is thrilled with her nails, as am I. Very patient and helpful, helping us to decide the best nail treatments and making mum comfortable. We will definitely be back to see you all soon.

   honestly WORST nail saloon i have been to. The shape, the colour, the quality, the service, the staffs attitude, the price was too high which wasnt even worth it. everything was so bad! TOO THICK nails!! He didn’t shape it enough. The nails i got is not even similar to the picture i showed .. I had acrylic powder all over my hands and they told me to go home or somewhere else to wash it off. In the end they charged me 10 pound extra from the original price, (even though i showed them the SAME picture and asked for the price) Would absolutely NEVER recommend this place.
