   I had my nails done here, an infill on a set that they had done a couple of weeks prior. At the time I was happy with them. However after about a week one of the nails snapped off (the index finger), I thought that was strange so I went back to the salon and they fixed it free of charge. Whilst I was there I did mention a small bit of discolouring on one of the nails on my other hand, yet all they did was do another infill on that nail and the mysterious dark mark remained. They didn’t seem too concerned or like they knew what it was and so just covered it back up again. However a couple of days later a few of my nails started to ache, and then another nail completed snapped off which hurt quite a lot. When this happened I noticed the whole nail under was green?? I put a picture of how horrible it looked. I have had my nails done previously at other salons and I have NEVER seen this happen. I went to another salon that was closer by to me and honestly I was not sure about coming back to American nails as half my nails were hurting, or peeling at the sides and not even stuck on properly. I just wanted to get them removed so I went to a different salon to have this done. Upon removing them my nails are awful. 3 separate nails have green discolouring and the others are red and have lines across them. All are tender to the touch. Bare in mind these are not bruises as they have been here for a long time and the salon just repainted over them so you couldn’t notice, rather than fix the issue. Upon my research I had found this is due to a bacterial infection because moisture has gotten under the nails. They were not infilled properly here and so moisture has caused them to literally turn green. After going to the GP I’m now having to go on antibiotics because I have a bacterial infection. I understand I could’ve gone back to American nails to have them fix the nail that had broken off but frankly I had already been two days prior for a different nail snapping and honestly I did not trust them to do anything to my nails again. I really hate to complain but this is the worst experience I’ve had from any nail salon. Not only have two of the nails snapped off due to improper application, but I have also got a bacterial infection from this. If asked who did my nails I have no idea other than it was a man. Will not be returning and would advise others to do the same.

   Immaculate service as always, the staff are lovely and know exactly how to pull of beautiful designs and styles. Not only do they care about the outcome, but they also take incredible care of your nails, focusing on nail health and cuticles. So happy with my nails, would highly recommend visiting!!

While everyone that works here is amazing, I’m especially grateful for Mya, who created the most gorgeous nails despite me showing up not long before they closed (sorry!). I absolutely love coming here and I would never trust another salon with my nails x

   The salon was stunning and immaculate. You wouldn't have to wait long for service because the manager was so considerate. I came from out of town, but if I had lived in Dartford, this would have been my favourite nail salon.

   My gel manicure and luxury pedicure were quite lovely. The pedicure included numerous procedures, including the use of hot stones, and the gel manicure was expertly executed. I have no problems at all, and I will return when I want to treat myself.

   Just been for a lovely pedicure with a friend. the service was amazing, so quick and left with perfect nails. they offered us a bottle of water, and very helpful although I had forgotten my flipflops at home. 10/10 an will definitely go back again!
