    This is a really HUGE THANK YOU to Richard & his Team at Hamways (Model Village, Creswell). As Hamways are one of our larger local Agents, shortly after the fire, I contacted them & spoke to Richard, explaining about the family we were helping due to a house fire destroying all of their personal possessions & leaving them homeless. I asked if he had any vacant properties for the family to move into but unfortunately the few he had weren't going to be ready until the New Year. A few hours later however, Richard called me back! He was so moved by the familys devastating situation that he agreed to get his team into one of the properties for a couple of days to fastrack the repairs ❤️ So Richard... Thank You for pulling out all the stops ❤️❤️ We really did not expect to be able to get the family re-housed so soon but YOU made that happen! Along with your magnificent team who have literally jumped on this and within 2 days, managed to allow the family into their new home in time for Christmas ❤️ Both the family & we here at CUP Admin are beyond grateful for your compassion and help in making this happen ❤️❤️ We cannot thank you all enough ❤️❤️ Merry Christmas ❤️

    The staff are always very prompt when anything needs doing. If the tenants are having any problems the estate manager, Richard Godfrey, will do his very best to sort the problems out for them. The repair staff are always doing their job as quickly and courteously as possible. I would recommend renting one of these houses to anyone.
