   We had 3 other valuations which were lower than we thought the house was worth, and it was breath of fresh air to meet Paul who immediately saw the value in the house and provided a valuation more in line with our expectations Sue did a great job keeping us updated and Tracy and Kiera were both very helpful and professional, so much so, they asked to visit the house after a couple of months to get a personal view which clearly helped find a buyer. Right form the start, Paul arrived on time for the valuation and was positive, upbeat and really approachable for me to ask any questions and he answered all of them honestly and straight to the point. My house was quickly on the market after that and sold just as quick. Communication with everyone in the office, over the phone or email was brill, everyone I have spoke to was polite and really helpful. Sue dealt with my viewings and offer quickly and efficiently!
