Simon was very professional when he came to give us our valuation on our house with a view to selling it. He went into great detail explaining the process and how it would proceed. We went into the office several times as well as phone conversations with Jess and Reo and they always tried to help us out and provide regular updates during the process. They were both pleasant and professional in their duties and any advice or help as was Simon when he went through paperwork for us and helping through the process of selling our house which completed on 25th November 2025 and we were happy with all their help in the process, regards Russ and Cheryl.
When I first took out my mortgage 5 years ago I spoke with Dean and he was really great at helping me and setting everything up. My mortgage was coming up for renewal and I thought I’d contact Dean again closer to the time, but I didn’t need to in the end as he contacted me saying his notes had prompted him to contact me with the renewal coming up. Was a welcome surprise and one less thing for me to worry white. Had a couple of meetings with him and he was super helpful yet again. Always provides a great service, and I’d highly recommend him.
Superb experience from start to finish. Simon was brilliant with the upfront conversations and made us feel at ease with the process, and great communication throughout, especially through the initial selling of our property and subsequent negotiation on the new one. Reo and Jess were brilliant with the day-to-day updates and were always at the end of the phone if we needed anything. The recommended solicitors were also spot on - proactive and friendly. No complaints from us. Would highly recommend.
The staff at Bairstowe Eves Mansfield Woodhouse branch have been great during the sale of my house. There was a change of manager during the process, which was not ideal. However, the new manager, Simon, got things moving forward quickly and competently maintaining good communication with me. James has also been fabulous at keeping me updated on all viewings; he has excellent customer service manners and is always polite and helpful. Thank you to you both.
A massive thank you to Penelope, Jordan and all the team! Penelope and Jordan went above and beyond to assist both our buyer and seller with their paperwork simply to ensure the sale of our home went through as quickly as possible. Penelope was actually working for our vendors. However , she has been brilliant from first viewing - keeping us informed and helping to chase solicitors. Thanks to her tenacity we are now awaiting completion after successfully exchanging. Can't recommend her and the team highly enough - would most definitely suggest them to family and friends.
