“Buckley brown was amazing from start to finish, we saw a property for sale before ours was on the market, the person that owned the bungalow was fed up of time wasters and only wanted to show people around there property that was close to selling theres but Lauryn from sales at Buckley some how managed to talk him round, we went to see it and fell in love. After quite a few weeks ours hadn't sold and we got a call from Lauryn saying that the owner had another offer on the bungalow and in the same breath told us that we had a offer on ours, we couldn't believe our luck but Lauryn also told us that the offer on the bungalow was more than we had made but she told us to leave it with her. We decided to leave it for a year . We viewed a house through Rooftop, Elliott contacted us and we decided to sell the house with Rooftop. Elliott did an excellent job he came round with the photographer he even moved 45 years worth of postcards out of our spare room he moved furniture he transformed the room. He was in contact most days for the first couple of weeks then at least once a week after. The photographs were great we sold the house within 9 days. There were plenty of activities available, but more than enough gorgeous scenery to just go for a leisurely walk. The staff were incredible, friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Forest Ranger John was an absolute legend with his delightful quiz on Wednesday and a lovely, impromptu walk in the forest on Tuesday. I would absolutely come again and highly recommend Forest holidays in Sherwood to anyone looking for a peaceful, picturesque break in the forest.”
