   I am half a year late in leaving this review for the whole BE Mansfield team, in particular Holly Inquieti, Amy Smethurst and Phoebe Gothard for their incredible support in acquiring my investment property in Mansfield. The fact that Im still coming back to leave a review despite of being 6 months late goes to show how happy I was with the overall service that I received- starting from property viewing, securing a fantastic mortgage deal and letting the property out.    We arrived at our destination a lovely Manor House 1700s property to meet Lewis, we were early and actually sat in the wrong car park although we could hear a voice and discovered Lewis was shouting to us through a locked gate, we had gone in the wrong side, Lewis guided us to the correct car park, we met Lewis and he was polite courteous, knowledgable and very helpful, he knew all the details and spec with the apartment, and he was very good at putting us at ease and making the whole process very enjoyable, Lewis was very polite and really knowleagable all together a very good experience

   Kimberley was an absolute gem from start to finish. She arranged my mortgage for me, sorted my life and house insurance making sure she got me the best deals possible and kept me updated constantly along the way of buying my home. Nothing was too much trouble, even sorting things whilst she was on annual leave to make sure everything was running smoothly.    I had the pleasure of meeting Lewis Moss earlier today after arranging a valuation of my property in Mansfield via Burchell Edwards Estate Agents. Lewis's manner immediately put me at ease and I was impressed by that and the amount of work he had put into gaining a realistic property valuation for me. Additionally, Lewis had put some forethought into a possible scenario which had not occurred to me which demonstrated both his willingness and enthusiasm to help along with his proactiveness and his knowledge of the property market. Overall I would rate the service he provided on behalf of Burchell Edwards Estate Agents as excellent and, having had their marketing and sale processes explained to me in detail I would highly recommend both Lewis and Burchell Edwards Estate Agents to anyone who is considering having a valuation conducted on their property. I have yet to make a decision on whether or not to sell, if I do decide to sell I will certainly be instructing Burchell Edwards based on the service and insight I have received today.

   Georgia & Tom have been absolutely fantastic. They’ve been there to help me with questions from my house sale( which isn’t being sold through them) but also with purchasing a new home through them. They’ve helped me to get the best offer accepted on the house & helping the sale progress. I must that annoying person they dread with the amount of questions/time I call. But they’ve always been amazing to me & I can’t thank them enough! I’m so glad they are helping me with this purchase
