   Awful service. First of all the women on the rental side sounded like she couldn’t be bothered voice. I’ve never come across a rental agency that wants a guarantor for yourself even though would be moving in with my husband that would earn the amount a year needed. I’m surprise they managed to rent any homes out if that’s the case.

It didn’t matter what complications arose, she was on the case immediately and her friendly yet professional manner made everything stress free.    Pinewood Properties have been the best agent I have used. I have bought and sold four houses now, and have used Pinewood every time because of their professionalism and responsiveness. All the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. They keep you informed every step of the way. I have used other agents a couple of times but Pinewood are second to none. I would highly recommend them. Ellie has just sold my family home and she was fantastic.

   I recently used Pinewood Lettings as a Tenant. I found the staff to be very professional, helpful and friendly, answering all my questions and getting back to me very quick with answers. I spoke to Tracey, Richard and Ellie, all were really friendly and easy to talk to, and were able to advise me. They have an online application & referencing process which I found really easy and simple to use and took minutes to complete. Where I did encounter a small issue, Tracey and her team sorted this for me by the next day, calling me throughout the day to keep me informed. I was genuinely impressed with the service. Check in day was great - and well worth the small fee! They met me at the property to go through everything thoroughly, taking high quality pictures of all the rooms, fixtures and fittings and any wear and tear that had occurred before I moved in. - They were far more thorough than I tried to be, and from a tenants perspective, I found this really reassuring! The fee's I found competitive against other agents, and for the service I received, I was very happy. Included in the fees was a service which transferred all the bills and council tax in my name, so i didn't have to think about it. - they made the whole process start to finish very smooth and I had peace of mind. I would genuinely recommend Pinewood Lettings to anyone looking to rent around Mansfield/Chesterfield.
