   Staff were friendly enough but my first time there felt very rushed although there was no one waiting to be seen. It was a slap dash job! I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they said it was easily done but unfortunately it wasn’t what I wanted so we opted for an all brown nail. I should have complained at the time about the bad painting of the tips but by this point I just wanted to leave.

   2 months in a row I have had such a poor experience. Nails done terribly. Bring back Jenny. Last month I had to return 2 days after having SNS put on because one nail broke.. This month the lady who started said she worked there 6 yrs ago.. I have been going there for over 10 yrs and never seen her, she had no idea what she was doing so the older guy took over. 10 days later and my nails look horrible. I do believe it's time to find a new salon as I am not impressed with this expensive shoddy service. If Jenny returns I would definitely go back but, without her I am afraid, you have lost a customer.

   Started going a few months ago before the new owners took over. Was brilliant for them few months and the state of my nails after the take over is bad. Two of them in there are very good at what they do but if you’re unlucky enough to get rushed through to get the older guy then walk out. He seems to not know what he’s doing, took twice the time as the other ones do and couldn’t even paint nails without making mistakes. I will be avoiding and going elsewhere when it’s expensive enough as it is!

   I got my nails done Friday and asked for a metallic silver tip. I was warned it may peel off as it was for nail designs rather than tips. I took the chance and it did peel off (my fault!) anyway I came back Monday and they redid my nails for FREE even though I tried to pay. So nice of them as it was my own stupid decision! 10/10 - my new regular

   Got my acrylics done which were incredibly thin and felt weak, they broke 3 days later, there was a scratch on the paint which was not fixed and they do not look like they are freshly done . I went to get them repaired and the lady saw the colour was wrong yet still used it, the acrylic was even more thin and feel like they can snap. The length isn’t even the same as my other nails it’s so much longer so I need to cut them myself when I go home It’s also shapped thinner to my other nails as well.

   Was a Regular customer Used to love coming here to get my sns nails always really good for me Only thing is, is that recently it feels like it’s gone down hill a little bit and just seem to have become quite lazy and don’t seem to accommodate what you would like.

   The staff greeted me politely. Love how the nails looked. One problem though the silver nail colour has turned a dirty yellow colour... And I'm not impressed with this but everything else was really good! It's has been a week and I touched the floor to help myself get up and my little finger snapped off. And then they all started to come off so easily just he my doing normal things picking things up. They should be t come off this easily I'm not impressed now. I won't be going back there.

   I have been received so well each time I have entered this place. The staff are friendly and they really take their time to ensure that your nails are done well. I went for something adventurous that they hadn't done before but were willing to try. The job took 2.5 hours waiting for the varnish to dry (both inside and outside of the nails) and it came out BEAUTIFULLY! I have never received such outstanding service from a nail shop - thoroughly impressed!!!
