   Started ok, but wasnt happy as one my nails was not straight. Going off nail bed rather then by eye. Went in and they fixed but the lady who did the nails argued a little and said its straight. One of the guys came in and fixed it.

   Today was the second time going to Kim's nails and I can honestly say this is the best nail bar I have ever been too. I have gotten my nails done by the same gentleman and can honestly say ladies if you are a bit like me and love nail art he is your guy.

   Very clean and tidy. Staff very professional, great choice of colour's, nails last for a good length of time. Always offered a hot drink when you arrive. Very good place.

   I went in to ask if they have appointments or if they are busy. The lady who spoke to me gave me a dirty look, look at the time and did not respond. I went in 2:45PM. So I asked again as she mumbled something under her breath. She asked me what I want I told her a take off. She mumbled again under her breath and did not say anything again. I then asked again to which she responded they don’t have time. I left the shop. Writing this review as the service I received was unfriendly and dismissive. Not a good look. I will not be returning. I am new to the area so thought I’d pop in. I will look for another shop now.

   Kim doesn’t know how to be gentle. Was rushing too much. Filed my nail too much which resulted in pain for the next three days. Used the same file to file near my cuticles instead of the E file cuticle bit. I was bleeding in four places. The nails didn’t look bad. Definitely not worth the pain.

   Fantastic service from Kim's! I went in Monday 15th to get my anniversary nails done with my 5 year old niece too as a treat and we were well looked after. Especially by Julie/Julia she was amazing and went full out on my gel extensions they are so stunning! My niece got some pink polish done too we were both very happy! Amazing service, great nails! Thankyou so much again for our lovely treatments.
