   Really unhappy with the service, it took 10 mins max for the lady to rush and do my toe nails, for £25 just to paint my toes she did not file the edges properly, when I got home and had a closer look, nail paint was outside the nail on some toes, very cold in the shop they are rewiring the shop, shouldn't be open until all work is completed, had to sit on a chair in a back room, very uncomfortable, for the amount I paid, poor service poor nails, I will be calling to speak to the manager! while the lady started doing my nails she asked another customer and asked her to come back in 10 mins, so she rushed to do my nails. Worst nail shop ever, other nail salon at least take 30 mins or more to make sure you nails are filed painted and edges are smooth. I need a refund!

   One of the best nails salons in Upminster . The staff are always friendly and advise about the colour and my shellac lasts for ages! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. All my family come to Nails Spa now!
