Had the young girl twice now, her painting isn't great and she is incredibly miserable. Will return to Hornchurch shop.
Over the moon with my infills & pedicure. The attention to detail was evident in every step , you know the little things, it was all there. Very lovely little nail shop & would 100% return. They stuck to my appointment time & open on a Sunday. Overall 5 starts.

Have used this business a handful of times & today I walked in to ask for a gift card for my Nan for her birthday as she is a bi-weekly user of this salon, to be told ‘no, come back later we busy’ I explained I don’t live in the area and had driven here specifically , with that I got a shrug and nothing else. Will not be using this salon again. Shocking customer service

Good place for nails and the staff are so friendly and attentive. They have great skills too
Regularly go here as a treat, really enjoy sitting in the back massaging chairs whilst soaking my feet during the pedicure. Nails always done to a high standard and often I am offered an appointment within an hour of calling. Today I had thumb nail extensions then beautiful cats eyes gel design, in pink and amber glitter looks amazing! Going back tomorrow to get matching toenails! So lucky to have such an amazing service on my doorstep!
Rough with my hands and nails when getting acrylics full set and made me bleed on 2 fingers. Didnt even apologise. Did the acrylics not starting from bed of nail so they looked outgrown even from day one. Two nails fell off after 2 weeks ....theyre definitely supposed to last longer than that.... i wont be returning :(
