   UPDATE: I hope the public can see how defensive and rude the owner of this shop is in response to my negative review on the service I have received. She did not Deny any of the claims in my review but instead used explanation marks and capital letters to empathise her derogatory views and points. I have attached photos of the work that this nail shop class as quality and you can make the decision if you would like to attend this place to get your nails done. I will also attach a picture where I had white tips with a pink undercoat and no hyperpigmentation was visible. I would like to recommend shops in Hornchurch if you would like to receive a good service. In response to the owner. I would recommend you attend a customer service class and extensive nail training to do your job better and cater to all types of people. I wouldn’t recommend this shop if you a black person. Extremely racist and made me feel very uncomfortable when I was there. I asked for a nail colour and they told me it wouldn’t suit me because I’m black when I have done my nails that colour before and told me if I want that colour I need to go to camberwell or Stratford which are prominently black areas. I felt so upset and uncomfortable.

   Have been here a few times now and the service was great, but things have certainly gone downhill. Spent the whole hour I was in the shop arguing with thier daughter, to the point of making her cry. Also being quite derogatory about people from Essex (while working in Essex) and not wanting to serve certain types of people as they cause too much drama. So unprofessional and left with a headache rather than the relaxing experience it should have been. Kept going on about how long I'd left it since having them last done, and then decided when it was time to pay that I had to pay extra. Hadn't mentioned this when he saw my nails at the start or throughout doing my nails. Would not recommend and won't be going back

   Didn’t really like the nail technicians attitude towards me. Found she was really short with me for no reason, and kept making me feel bad about the state of my nails, when I never even mentioned them. I could understand if I went in there guns blazing, but I didn’t, because I actually didn’t care and just wanted to change the colour.
