£50 for infills. 1 week later nail snaps in half go back for repair paid another £8 the very next day another nail snaps. Awful service, nail quality terrible. Won’t be returning that’s for sure!!
For this 'artistic' touch, I paid 65£! What's more the oldest woman from the staff who apparently doesn't have more skills than 5yo, as you can see, couldn't be more rude and verbally aggressive while the manager didn't even react while she was raising her voice or apologised for her like he got used to her bad behaviour. She still works there with such an attitude and 'talent'. I will not be coming back. They don't accept complaints or do refund. What's more they constantly gossip in their native language (Vietnamese I think) with other staff members about the clients, laughing in their faces while doing their nails. They don't care that no-one understands them and make everyone uncomfortable. So forget about relaxing time there. HMRC should have a closer look at these practices, because why everyone should pay in cash? Hopefully you pay fair share in taxes like everyone else does?!
£40 for gel nails and a manicure? My nails look awful! Seriously the worst experience ever. I got it done yesterday and it's already chipping, even though I wear gloves when I do chores. Never again! You'd think it was a proper nail spa, but it's not.
I’ve had a few manis and pedis here now and I’ve been very pleased with the service and results every time :) I had acrylics today and showed a photo I found online of gold glitter ombre and my nails look even better than the photo :D
I had my gel nails done tonight and, as always, I’m so happy with the results! This is my favourite nail spa for both pedicures and manicures. The ladies here are absolutely lovely—so welcoming, professional, and attentive. They always take their time and do an amazing job. I leave feeling relaxed and pampered every time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality service and a great atmosphere!
I had an appointment at 1:50 on Saturday. Gel + infill. Price online £35, in the salon I paid £45 - £10 deposit. So how much does gel and infiil cost in the end? There is information that you can pay by card and the staff says cash only. I had to go to the ATM. Then after 4 hours one of my nails broke. I called and asked if I should make an appointment? The staff said no, I can come. On Saturday I went only for 1 nail and I heard that they are busy and I have to sign up!!! This is how you treat your customers. I won't go with one nail to Blue Water every day. I signed up for Monday but I didn't come because there were traffic jams and I was at work. The right nail was put on a new one, the shape is different on the left hand. I told you but he just smiled. I'm sending photos. The brown color is my sister. As it turns out, it broke nails
I had a nice shellac manicure, the service was good, many beautiful colours to chose from! Highly recommend!

Almost impossible to communicate as the men working spoke barely any English. One of them actually cut my niece twice while giving a manicure. Not the best experience
I like that they will usually try to fit you in but generally from observation they have poor hygiene standard. I never see them cleaning the foot spa and towels always look unclean. Overall staff are pleasant enough and my nails were neat but I wouldn’t recommend if you care about hygiene.
