   If it wasn't for nicky at mcm after a traumatic process of bying a property through mcm the solicitors involved had literally given up in all parties in our chain but she never gave up and thought all the way our own agents where zero contact once sold but she rung at least once a week with possible updates she is an absolute credit to her proffesion and deserves all the success she truly deserves I only wish we would have gone through them as our sellers and conveyancing

   I needed a property in the area and Shaun contacted me with regard to the property I ended up renting. He was able to arrange a viewing, at short notice, after I'd finished work meaning I didn't have to take any time off. The application process was easy and swift. Both Shaun and his colleague, Thea, were extremely professional, demonstrated extremely good customer service and a very caring nature. The proactive nature of the team at MCM is sorely missing with a lot of the larger estate agent chains - Shaun and Thea at MCM Estates and Lettings really seem to care and are prepared to work to earn your business. If you need an estate/letting agent I have no hesitation in recommending MCM.

   After a painful process with our mortgage lender, slow solicitors and the general stress involved in moving during a pandemic, the only thing that kept us sane was Nicky from MCM. I know from previous experience how very hard it is to find a decent estate agent, and would not hesitate to recommend MCM if you are selling your home.    I cannot express how impressed, grateful and appreciative I am for the MCM team. We weren't selling the property, we were buying it. Nicky was fantastic, she basically did all the communication our solicitors were failing to do. She would chase things for us and help out in any way she could. Always at the end of the phone. Even called us on her work mobile once when she was off sick! I am unable to comment on the selling side, however if so much care and attention is put in towards buyers I can imagine you will have a good experience as sellers!

   Having used MCM Estate Agents for Selling and Letting houses I have found them to be extremely professional and helpful. The one thing you do get from MCM is honest and realistic prices and they will give advise on how to sell or let your property. But the main thing you get is they go above and beyond to help you in all area's, to make the whole process (sometime stressful) go as smoothly as possible.
