   This place has completely gone downhill under new management. This has been my regular for 10 years, I've now had 3 bad experiences and I decided to give it one last chance, but never again! Why are my nails so THICK?! Also I've been cut 3 times and had to stop the lady once because she was filing my skin not my nail! Also, one thumb has a different colour at the bottom?! Prices have also gone up. Disappointed is an understatement.

   "I recently visited your salon for a nail service, and unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. The first technician who prepared my nails didn’t do a thorough job, and when I asked for some corrections, it seemed like my concerns weren’t fully addressed. Additionally, I was never offered the chance to choose a color myself; instead, I was given a suggestion of one that was already on the table. After expressing that I’d prefer a different color, they brought one for me. The second technician who applied the gel and color didn’t deliver the quality I was hoping for. The shape of my nails is uneven, and the color application is inconsistent, leaving some areas darker than others. Overall, the results are not up to the standard I expected. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter, as I left the salon feeling dissatisfied with the service and the outcome."

   Been having my nails done there years and never had a problem until now, 1 nail broke, polish chipping off and not even the proper shape!! I think i’ll be going somewhere else from now on!!

   Absolutely horrendous last two times I’ve gone there this time is an absolute joke every single one of my nails are different lengths and still over charged me also these were done by one of the new managers absolutely appalling will be going back to the shop for answers tomorrow

   Got my nails done today and it was nothing like the picture i showed her. She said the design would be okay and easy for her to do but it doesn’t even look like the picture. The nails looked untidy and messy because she rushed. It feels as though she prioritised other customers. When i politely asked to speak to her and asked why they don’t look like the image she said “when you get a haircut it doesn’t always look how you want it to look”. She was really rude to me and was not understanding at all. She basically just said to deal with it. I spent £33 on these. Here is my nails VS the reference…

   No doubt work is very good but staff is so rude no one gives you any suggestions. Way of there speaking with clients is so rude . I was use to go there but not going anymore.

   I went for a gel manicure. I arrived with lovely, long natural nails and left with short, square unnatural looking nails. I wanted to maintain my almond shaped nails but whilst my hands where in hers was told that wouldn't really work (no idea why, she didn't explain herself well!). She cut and filed them down to a stupidly short level and gave them a horrid square shape. My fingers were covered in paint after too, I was very unhappy when I left. The customer service is very lacking too, they staff are all so untalkative and blunt, the atmosphere wasn't nice. First and last time going there!
