   I absolutely loved my experience at Shenfield Nails! The atmosphere was so welcoming and relaxing — everyone was super friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I got BIAB done by Kay, and she did an amazing job! She was really attentive, detailed, and made sure my nails looked perfect. Definitely my new go-to spot!

   Booked an appointment over the phone, arrived and had to wait an hour with no apology and wasn’t even greeted at the door. The space was over cramped and messy, with one of the nail techs vaping inside. Service was rushed, and my nails were not properly prepared. I would advise to choose any other nail place, as this one was not worth the (high) price at all.

   The main benefit of using Shenfield Nails is that they are fast and cheap (been known to remove and re do shellac nails within 20 mins, when in my experience this often takes up to an hour in other salons). However, I do find that the quality of the end product is not great compared to elsewhere - often chipping within days, the shaping of my nails not very good and the actual painting of the nails themselves sometimes a bit messy (e.g. still see through when finished). They also only accept cash which is annoying at best and at worst just blatant tax evasion - who doesn't take card payments these days! But they always have availability unlike some other salons in the area and as I mentioned before will do a quick job so if you urgently need your nails done they're a decent option.

   Only place my mom and I will have our nail's done. The staff pride in quality not rush and get done, the relaxed, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The owner has a personality and knows all her customers. This is the best and only nail bar I have and will go to. Thank you Shenfield nail's for 7years of incredible and impeccable service.

   My daughter recommended this place to me. I do my nails often and have never experienced such world class service than from Shenfield Nails. The nail technicians are extremely gentle and take extra time to make sure you are happy with the final product. Absolutely amazing salon.
