   The room is nice, but not sure it worth the price. The receptionists are horrible and rude. Every time I collect my parcels, their attitude make me feel like I own them money. Especially the Asian girl siting on the right hand side. She just spreads this rude energy to everyone all the time. Your company should do an appropriate staff training with her. I’m not asking for a higher level of service but at least your team should give the residents some basic respect.

   Really nice block of flats - all the concierge team are lovely and the facilities (co working space and gym) are great & well maintained and the lounge is often stocked with new stacks. I also had a minor issue with my wardrobes and it was fixed really quickly by maintenance the day after I reported it :)

   I have been living here for the past few months and has made my relocation to Sheffield the best experience! Amazing location, staff are really attentive and are happy to help with anything so so quickly. The flat itself is gorgeous too. Definitely will be extending my lease here :)

   The studio apartment is pretty good - spacious enough with good storage space. Monthly social events are usually planned quite well. Common spaces are kept tidy. Gym is good but couple of important equipments are missing.

   Loxley Heights is a fabulous building. The facilities are among the best in Sheffield, including a gym, entertainment room, and more. The location is also excellent—according to Uber drivers, it’s very easy to get a taxi from there. The reception service is outstanding, with 24-hour security, efficient parcel collection, and a responsive maintenance and management team.

   After waiting over half a year of living here I was met with bills around £1000 to pay dumped on me. The rent has now been increased too! It’s bad enough it’s almost £900+ for a one bedroom apartment but now I have to pay an extra £500 a year on top? This is just greedy. NOT EVEN BILLS INCLUDED. £25 extra a month to have a pet… and you pay extra to live on higher floors… I thought this place was beginning to be acceptable until you threw this on your tenants. The apartments themselves are nice but the rent itself is ludicrous. How can you increase rent when it is already well above most places! You have security banging around in the bin storage at 3am for about an hour and a gym that hasn’t got all the equipment fixed! The only upside is the flats are nice, the team do events sometimes but should be a bit more I would say and are always polite and nice.

   Absolute jokes with the renting process. Constantly passing the buck between them and the guarantor company vericheck. Please avoid as it is just a waste of time.
