She has a natural ability to make me feel completely at ease from the moment I walk in. She takes her time explaining everything clearly and calmly so I always know what to expect, and her gentle approach makes the whole process feel comfortable and reassuring. I love everything about my visits with Samantha, and she’s also very thoughtful when it comes to aftercare. She sends me home with a little pot of aftercare product and clear guidance on how to look after myself, which adds a really personal touch to the experience. Samantha’s combination of kindness, professionalism, and genuine passion for what she does makes every appointment an absolute pleasure. I always leave feeling well cared for and confident, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
