   I have rented with Swots for the last two years in a really beautiful flat and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. The original renting process was smooth and efficient, and James has continued to be great since. He has always helped us with any minor problems, including helping us restart our boiler over the phone when he was on his way to a holiday! We have also had our rooms repainted, a new hob, a new dishwasher - and all without asking, they have been really on it to provide a wonderful two years living in Sheffield. I know my parents were also really relieved when I moved in knowing we were in good hands! Would 1000% recommend renting with these guys, a truly fabulous service.

   I have lived in Swots accommodation for 3 years and cannot recommend them enough. It is a family run business - they are incredibly reliable and always on hand to help with any problems. The houses are of a really high standard and are well maintained. Boxes of chocolates at Christmas and birthday emails were also really lovely touches. The best student accommodation I've seen!

   I was a tenant of Swots student accommodation for 2x years. Highly recommend them as a landlord. Not only was the property that I stayed in well-maintained and reasonably priced, but they are timely landlords in coming round to fix any issues that may arise. If you go with Swots, you can expect a sound and reliable service, and to live in an excellent property. In short, they are a great choice if you're looking for accommodation in Sheffield!

   Renting with Swots has been a great experience. James has been so helpful these past two years, from bringing us chocolates and cards for Christmas to coming over and resolving a leak in our house immediately after we reported it. James has such a high level of care for the property, and has redecorated and bought new furniture for us to make the house even better. The level of maintenance, communication and friendliness is the best I’ve come across. I would definitely recommend Swots to anyone looking for a student property in Sheffield!

   We were with SWOTS for two years in two separate houses which have both been very well maintained and are a very high standard. During both these years, SWOTS have been very helpful and quick in dealing with any issues regarding the properties. They make sure to keep you well informed and are easily contactable which has been great for keeping peace of mind during the stress of university. The SWOTS team were always very kind, and respectful when visiting the property and always made sure to give good notice before coming to the house. I would highly recommend SWOTS to anyone looking for student accommodation.
