I've been with Mulberry Homelets since 2015, I'd been having issues with my former landlord due to the delapidated state off the property I was renting and not getting anywhere with them.
Lorraine took me onboard and found me a beautiful 1 bedroom flat in the heart of the country and a lake to boot.
Mulberry knew about my mobility and health issues and the location was perfect for the local retail park.
Anything and everything I needed or asked for in a wonderful friendly run Letting management team, both Claire and Lorraine go out their way to ensure the tenants are looked after, and go that extra mile to help.
Within 2 years of moving into this beautiful home, I needed disability adaptations doing to allow me to remain in the flat.
Mulberry liaised with the Landlord and between us these adaptations were granted. Again amazing wonderful and caring in their approach to helping.
And it continues I have a lovely home, well maintained knowing if anything arose I am with the right team in Claire and Lorraine if anything went wrong or needed doing.
This actually proved fruition when I had a leak in the bedroom late at night on a Sunday. I didn't expect what followed.
Lorraine was straight on the case, calming me down, reassuring me all will be made good. Her technical knowledge on properties aided in stemming the leak till 1st thing Monday morning she could arrange a plumber.
The plumber was fantastic and had the fault located and fixed within an hour. And even cleaned up the water with his machines so no further damage could occur.
Throughout that Monday Lorraine and Claire kept constant contact with the property owner and myself, resulting in; that by the end of day decorators was booked in to repaint in June once water seepage had dried.
What more could I ask for from such a wonderful caring letting management team as this.
I can not recommended Mulberry any higher, their actions speak volumes.
I look forward, relaxed in the knowledge I have a wonderful home and great support team if anything goes awry.

Went out of my way and missed a doctors appointment to attend a viewing only for the property to be given to someone before the viewing even ended. This was despite trying to get a viewing since Friday (it is now Wednesday) on the plus side the gent that gave us the viewing did say the landlord of that property is terrible and does nothing for their tenants as we were leaving so perhaps we dodged a bullet. This is the second time we have had this problem with mulberry homelets
