   Was in the store today and the lady in front of me wanted to return something, the poor boy on the tills must’ve called for a manager 100 times and nobody came it was in the middle of rush hour and we were waiting 15 minutes in the queue absolutely ridiculous at the busiest time of day. The boy on the till, think his name was Tom, was very professional and stayed patient with great customer service whilst he waited for the manager to come. Service is usually a lot better in this store however today was unacceptable

   Great shop which sells a wide variety of things at a very reasonable price. It is well layed out, easy to find what you're looking for, but if you can't find an item, the staff are very friendly and helpful. There's usually enough checkouts open that you don't have to spend too long waiting either. Very easy to access by foot, public transport or car (with ample parking)
