   Peak pharmacy ammington road have decided to close on a Saturday but according to their online page they are open 8.30am till 5pm..If they had any consideration for their customers they should ammend this on their online page to prevent the old ,the sick , the people dependent on their prescriptions and general customers from travelling a fair distance to find they are closed after checking online to be told they are open... Pure laziness on behalf of peak pharmacy's ...

   The staff and the pharmacist are so rude. Ive had many situations where the pharmacist has made me cry the staff are all very abrupt!!!

   Peak pharmacy in Amington Tamworth deals and delivers my prescription medication out to my house because im housebound, the service is absolutely wonderful when I ring up they're always helpful and friendly and get my medication out ASAP ,Absolutely amazing service thank you so much

   Was recommended by 111 to go and seek the support of a pharmacist under the Pharmacy First initiative to be told by the staff and pharmacist that they wouldn’t see my little boy. Have since spoke to 111 and they said within the first 72 hours of his symptoms they should have but they refused. Tried to get me to buy products instead.

   I have been using this pharmacy now for several years and never once have I had an issue with my prescription always ready and waiting for collection. Ravena the pharmacist is always organised which makes me feel secure in knowing what I am collecting will always be correct and sure enough it is. The staff are warm and friendly and always ask how I’m doing and take a genuine interest in how I am and always look forward to a friendly chat with my little boy!!! Well done Peaks and thank you for the great service over the years!

   Not happy. I am isolating due to Covid and I have spent the past 2 hours trying to call for help with a prescription sent to the pharmacy by my GP. The phone just keeps ringing out and I desperately need my prescription. The pharmacy doesn't close until 6.00pm today, so why didn't someone there have the decency to answer the phone and explain how busy they must be and offer to call back. I am left now with no medication and a miserable night to look forward to.

   Very friendly and knowledgable staff members. Always prepared to help whenever I have a question and that little girl who is the pharmacist is amazing at doing the flu jab! Better than my GP!
