I have been using this Chemist for a while now. Very quick and extremly friendly. I recommended them to my Father in Law as the chemist he used were terrible. Needless to say he is over themoon
Have been using chemist for a while I find there is no communication you ask if there is prescription no answer or comment. If there are multiple prescriptions you only get given one and often have to go back instead of being asked what you want. Allways have to check them before I leave and quite often the prescription is there still when asked for. Maybe old fashioned but I expect a yes or no or anything except standing there like a spare part having to guess what's happening.
Terrible service, I had booked an appointment for a covid booster for today via NHS online I arrived to be told this could not be given as they had not received the vaccines and was also told they didn't have everybodies contact details to notify them of the situation. You have to give your contact details to book and I received a text message reminder to attend 1 star is too many

Horrendous trying to get through on the phone to the pharmacy. I tried calling 4 times today and kept giving up after 20mins each time as I was in a queue and stuck at ‘caller number 2’. Disgraceful
