Never answer the phone.......I've called 11 times no answer and when I visited the pharmacy the phone was ringing and the staff just ignored it. It's despicable. No wonder people are switching pharmacies. Might do the same.
It might just be me and my wife and other family members and people on our estate, but then again that would be a big coincidence, but every single time I go for my prescription half of it’s missing, of course I check before I leave and it’s usually out of stock, ops we forgot that one or ahhh yes that’s rare, try Tescos (a nasal spray) I am confident they will soon run short of plasters and mouthwash whilst blaming Covid. We do joke about it but they have to be the worst stocked pharmacy in the UK
Friendly team who are always helpful & polite. Be good to see stocked shelves once they have their refurb. Never had any major issues with repeat prescriptions etc. A “ready to collect” text service might prove useful?
I've been using this pharmacy for convenience of collecting prescriptions but won't be using or recommending their services to anyone! Adeem, locum pharmacy was extremely rude, threw the payment machine and my medication at me and when I questioned his rudeness he blamed me. Clearly he lacks basic customer service skills. Its a shame as he has tarnished the good service and support provided by other employees. Lets hope he doesn't treat other vulnerable people the same.

Northwood Pharmacy at Fradley has the most amazing staff - very helpful and friendly. The pharmacist there was so kind, she took tests then gave me the antibiotics that I required. All done within 20 minutes. She took all my details and said that she would call me in 7 days to see how I am doing. She is an absolute credit to your company. Parking was so easy unlike other pharmacies in the area. I will always use this pharmacy from now on. Thank you
The staff here are always very helpful and often go the extra mile to help whenever they can. Unlike pharmacies I've used previously which have generally been fairly slow to prepare a prescription, Northwood always manages to have my medication ready for collection within a couple of days of me requesting it. As I get my prescription free on medical grounds, I'm oblivious as to the prices charged for medication. If you live in the Lichfield, Fradley, or Alrewas area, I highly recommend using Northwood Pharmacy.
Shocking, worse pharmacy Iv ever used. They don’t have a clue what they are doing, the wait times are a joke, the staff tell you your items will be there on a set date you go in, wait round for ages and then they inform they have not even ordered your prescription?!?! A mental Health important routine set of tablets. They don’t care if you fall off your routine of medication the attitude is it isn’t their problem.
Best pharmacy I've been to. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
