Visited the pharmacy yesterday, very helpful and knowledgeable. Suffering ear pain, the pharmacist was able to check my ears, and get photos, which I could then send the the GP to get a prescription. A lot easier than trying to get a drs appointment. Thank you
Informed of a blocked ear with wax at a hearing test, so contacted the pharmacist who examined the ear, provided a plan to resolve the issue, showed pictures of the inner ear to explain the problem, and then fully removed the wax, again showing pictures of the inner ear pre and post. The procedure was painless and undertaken with no fuss or complication. Would recommend.
My family have been receiving excellent service and advice from Alrewas Pharmacy for over 20 years . Normally fit and healthy it was my turn to seek help and advice. I cannot thank the Pharmacist enough for the excellent service I have received, which exceeded my expectations , during 7 days of blood pressure checks. Each day Members of staff provided kind and friendly help. I feel so fortunate to have this facility in the village . Many thanks to a great team.
My wife was having severe problems with her hearing. The pharmacist examined her ears and showed her images of the wax in her ears. He then removed the wax using a small piece of equipment. This took only a few minutes and my wife experienced no pain. The pharmacist was excellent, very kindly and caring which put my wife at ease. If the need arises in the future , he will be the first port of callfuture
Needed emergency albeit repeat prescription on a Saturday morning. Rang up and the friendly, informed helpful pharmacist answered directly. Popped around parking outside and collected prescription after minimal paperwork!
Not only offers medical advice and you're regular service it also houses a nice little handy post office, and the chemist shop itself has a great assortment of supplies from medicines to perfumes , to Cleaning products and some very nice staff
