Deluxe Studio, Speedwell Works. Great location for Hallam Uni, shops and train station. Well maintained. Problems are dealt with swiftly. My daughter feels safe and secure in apartment but experienced theft of a parcel in postal area at entrance, which wasn’t visible on security camera, so has packages delivered offsite. Great, functional kitchen, spacious bedroom area where she had space to put her own desk. Could do with a pinboard as you’re not supposed to stick things on the walls. Cosy living area. Useful that all bills & TV licence are included. Cannot hear room above but can hear side neighbours slightly but luckily they’re quiet. Courtyard below creates noise at times during day, as well as music and functions at the cafe, but my daughter doesn’t mind this. My daughter is now in her third year here - so we would recommend it.

Good: Soundproof. If you are quite person, it is a good apartment to live. Convenient: easy to go city centre and train station Bad: theft stole package/bicycle, bad CCTV (Don’t say why I know that, because I experienced)

Unprofessional agent... didn't told me that apartments are not for family. Called me for the viewing and than arrogantly told me that we don't offer apartments to families. Should have told earlier or mention this on the website. Waste of my time.

Lived here for a year and had such a good experience! Everything is really well maintained and on the one occasion when my hot water stopped working they sent someone out every day until it was fixed! My deposit was returned an hour after I handed my keys back! Also, the flats are really soundproof so you can’t really hear your neighbours which is a bonus :) really recommend
