   Terrible experience collecting medication. Rude staff member trying to provoke patients by speaking to them in a condescending way. Would love to speak to the manager of the store and ask what the problem is with the member of staff as I need to collect medication from this centre in the future.

   Unfortunately this is my local pharmacy. The wait times are beyond slow and the staff are unapologetic / seemingly oblivious. Today I waited in a 3 person queue for almost 30 minutes before being served. This was around 2:45pm, not a time I would consider to be rush hour. Nobody apologised for the wait. I have also tried going in first thing to purchase some paracetamol, only to wait 20 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me (zero queue). I have never known service so slow.

   Prescriptions never ready, the people are broadly quite pleasant but it's the slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. They've even had to remove their in store customer experience review.

   The team are so helpful and friendly. The head of that team, Pharmacist Christine D always answers any queries about medication and shows genuine interest in her 'patients'. All the team are polite, caring, and hard working. This pharmacy is very busy though always there to help, and address any concerns. Thank you to all the team.

   My local and closest Pharmacy for collection of my prescriptions is M R Pharmacy. I cycled there in the cold whilst unwell due to lack of access to a car however the pharmacist declined to dispense my prescription, declining accept a digital prescription. Upon contacting my healthcare provider they called the Pharmacist and offered to send her a copy of the original prescription and signature or arrange an alternative means of providing the prescription that would be acceptable to her, to which she also declined and said 'Tell your patient to go elsewhere.' I would add that throughout this entire process the Pharmacist could see I was unwell and was condescending and rude and displayed a complete lack of empathy and compassion. The fundamental principles of healthcare is helping others and to find someone so devoid of empathy and compassion within a healthcare setting is disturbing. The pharmacist could offer no justification as to why she was refusing to dispense a legal prescription. It is currently impossible to see NHS GPs through Solihull partnership and private healthcare has became the only way to get treatment. It is deeply, deeply disappointing the experience I have had and I hope with most sincerity that others are not treated in the same way. I have been turned away back into the cold without the prescription I desperately needed for a severe infection despite it being entirely within the ladies gift to help me. Avoid at all costs, unfathomable to me how humans can treat eachother this way. My mother raised me with manners and empathy.

   Loving a pharmacy may seem a bit of a stretch. But .... I do love the exemplary service I receive there. The team are so obliging and respectful. The head of that team, Pharmacist and all round good egg, Mrs. C.D always goes out of her way to explain new medication, advise, and shows care and concern for her customers. Despite being very busy, time can be set aside for consultation on things medical. So yes - what's not to love?
