On the day I was notified about an extra procedure was required which involved extra costs, the member of your team answered and explained my questions professionally and was transparent about the price. Ended up having to spend more but it’s part of the job so can’t really complain.”

The website was easy to use and I was able to arrange for a suitable time to have them fitted. Once in store I didn't wait long before I was able to collect the wiper blades and have them fitted- excellent service all round!”

“Staff are always welcoming and helpful. The birds/guinea pigs/bunnies generally seem happy (and cute) and well provided for. Good selection of products (better quality hay) and a generous loyalty card thingy. Been going for years and will continue to - I bought my bunny here in 2018 (not pictured!) Parking near the test centre can be a pain but not the fault of the pet center of course.”

“I went into Asda Shirley today looking for a packet of onion sauce, I had tried other shops previously but could not get it. I asked a man that was stacking the shelves, he told me that a lady had also asked for this last week, buy they did not seem to stock it. I carried on with my shopping, then the same man that I asked came up to me with a box of onion sauce, he had checked the boxes on the top shelf and this box was behind another box! I praised him for his excellent customer service!, he told me his name was Channy, not many people go out of their way like this anymore, so I just wanted to praise him for this .”

“Having used Olton before, we didn’t hesitate going to see them again when we were looking to fit the rooms in our new build. The service from start to finish was exceptional. As we had so many rooms, Stuart guided us well in regards to what layouts would work for each room. The showroom as usual showcased great inspiration which we actually took into most of our rooms. The fitters who attended each visit were as usual clean, tidy and very polite. We are extremely happy with the finished look in all of our rooms, and no doubt will be in touch again when we need any further work completing.”
