   Went into Kwik Fit today on a super busy Saturday after nearly having a blow out on the M42. Have to call out Josh for his superb communication and reassurance, as well as going above and beyond to fit me in with a super busy diary to get tyres changed when we were away from home. Him and the team are a real asset in what they do but also their customer service is exemplary and some of the best in the business, thanks a million lads!

   Just had all four tyres changed but ran in to an issue as one of my locking nuts was missing which meant they could not continue the work! Arun, Dan & the guys said they can order a bolt which came in five minutes via a GSF Parts courier (impressive) Thanks guys great service. 5*

Akash and Josh were both fantastic in explaining the options regarding my worn tyres which I found very helpful. I decided to have all 4 replaced and I am very happy with the result!    Went for having four tyres replaced on my car - good price on the tyres and very quick availability. On the day I was notified about an extra procedure was required which involved extra costs, the member of your team answered and explained my questions professionally and was transparent about the price. Ended up having to spend more but it’s part of the job so can’t really complain.

Always super friendly and provide complete transparency with regards to what is wrong with your tyres etc. I always go there and wouldn’t use anybody else.    I took my car in to quick fit Shirley as I had an oil leak following a service I had done at a different Qwik fit garage. I didn’t have an appointment so I just showed up hoping that someone could help. Even though they were fully booked, Dan had a look and explained the problem. He offered to get it sorted as quickly as possible. He called me later that day and said he has fixed it quicker than expected. He was very friendly and helpful and explained everything fully to me. He also re sealed my tyre for me. He didn’t charge me anything for his time. Thanks Dan!

   Dan kept me informed on my vehicle’s problems from the time I turned up urgently unannounced at the premises. My car had a very obvious problem and Dan advised of not just the initial problem but a more deeper problem. He also explained in detail so I could see the problem and also the costs involved. My vehicle was ready to drive away at 6pm the same day and it now drives very well. Despite it being an expensive problem I am very pleased with the outcome.
