Thanks to her guidance, we made our purchase today and are so grateful for her help. We’d also like to thank the manager for offering us such a great deal. “I ordered some wiper blades for my car from the website and arranged to have these fitted at my local store in Shirley, Solihull. The website was easy to use and I was able to arrange for a suitable time to have them fitted. Once in store I didn't wait long before I was able to collect the wiper blades and have them fitted- excellent service all round!”

“I went into Asda Shirley today looking for a packet of onion sauce, I had tried other shops previously but could not get it. I asked a man that was stacking the shelves, he told me that a lady had also asked for this last week, buy they did not seem to stock it. I carried on with my shopping, then the same man that I asked came up to me with a box of onion sauce, he had checked the boxes on the top shelf and this box was behind another box! I praised him for his excellent customer service!, he told me his name was Channy, not many people go out of their way like this anymore, so I just wanted to praise him for this .”

“This is a lovely store with friendly, helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble for the manageress in helping to find what you are looking for. The store is always very clean and tidy. Staff clearly work very hard at keeping displays neat and items displayed in appropriate, ascending size order. This makes is very easy to find what you are looking for. Also, clothing is displayed alongside items that compliment each other making it simple to put an outfit together. Such a pleasure to shop here when other clothing stores can look like jumble sales”

No sign of any assistants initially while l was browsing but Claire came over running (literally) when l called her for help with selection and sizes. This shop didn't have what l needed but Claire was also knowledgeable about other local Shoezones and the kind of stock they currently held in terms of what l was looking for. I had a vague idea what I was after but Hannah helpfully guided us through the options and gave useful tips on what features would be important. We managed to pick out a car seat and pushchair that suited our needs, and even better it was delivered the next day. It was a non-pushy sales approach and we were the only ones in the shop, having booked an appointment online. Would definitely recommend and will use them again for anything else we need.”
