Majority of peoples lunchtimes are between 12:00-14:00, by 13:00 most days, there’s no meal deal items available, so obviously not ordering enough stock for demand

It was an excellent experience. Thank you to the Muslim cashier that served me at the till; she was very friendly and helpful, and helped me to put my shopping away in my shopping trolley and advised me to put my purse somewhere safe where no one could grab it from me ❤. May God bless you. A variety of produce at reasonable prices. Greatly recommended.

Pretty good BUT prices have crept up! For example Snickers triple treat 4 pack I thought would be £1 was £1-75!
So went in today to buy Birthday balloons, banners and of course other bits and pieces as we do in the pound shop! Was served by the Asian man with a white beard who always insist on calling me Sir although visibaly I am not! Asked for the ballons to be filled and brought the weights to be added to them so they would not fly off when leaving the shop to be told no this cannot be done I have to add the weight onto myself this would normally be okay but when you suffer with arthritis in the hands daily tasks can be difficult. I asked for bag for the other items to be scolded 'I have asked you if you wanted a bag'. And had he of listen I haf answered him, so I asked again for a bag to be scolded again by him. Its not okay to treat customers in this way so I left the shop without the goods because no matter how important the items were KINDNESS is far more important.
Had a very bad experience shopping at Shirley pound land. The display price was different to the one charged in receipt. When asked the staff to check he went and took a label from behind the display price and said now this is the price.He was very rude and loud, accused me of moving the labels. Was not welling to give the itwm at display price.Poor customer service. Had to take a refund. Even he said put a complaint to head office like if he doesn't care.
one of each stain remover and add a couple of easy aloe vera laundry powders!!! and i trusted it to do a full load of attacked stained clothing late the other night!!! on a rinse then spin and drain eighties style!!! and tumble dried on synthectics!!! i got it back!!! for about seven pound!!! my price was going up to a fifty pound expense before i took a risk on them!!! thanks poundland!!! it really worked!!!
