“I went into Asda Shirley today looking for a packet of onion sauce, I had tried other shops previously but could not get it. I asked a man that was stacking the shelves, he told me that a lady had also asked for this last week, buy they did not seem to stock it. I carried on with my shopping, then the same man that I asked came up to me with a box of onion sauce, he had checked the boxes on the top shelf and this box was behind another box! I praised him for his excellent customer service!, he told me his name was Channy, not many people go out of their way like this anymore, so I just wanted to praise him for this .”

“I havent been to a Tesco cafe in ages so great to see how its modernised. Theres modern decor and a relaxed environment. Great for families and space for accessible seating. “I used the click and collect service at Marks & Spencer Solihull Sears Retail Park for the first time recently, and I have to say I was really impressed. The whole process was so smooth and straightforward. You simply scan your code at the self-service point, and within a few minutes my parcel was brought out to me. No queues, no waiting around, and no confusion it just worked exactly as it should. What really stood out was how efficient and organised the whole setup felt. Sometimes click and collect can be a bit of a hassle at other stores, with long waits or staff who don’t seem to know where your order has gone. But here, it was quick, simple, and stress-free. The staff were polite and friendly too, which always makes the experience nicer. It’s such a convenient service, especially when you don’t have time to browse the store or wait in long checkout lines. I’ll definitely be using it again in the future, and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a fast, easy way to pick up their order without the fuss. Really pleased with the service.”
