“I went into Asda Shirley today looking for a packet of onion sauce, I had tried other shops previously but could not get it. I asked a man that was stacking the shelves, he told me that a lady had also asked for this last week, buy they did not seem to stock it. I carried on with my shopping, then the same man that I asked came up to me with a box of onion sauce, he had checked the boxes on the top shelf and this box was behind another box! I praised him for his excellent customer service!, he told me his name was Channy, not many people go out of their way like this anymore, so I just wanted to praise him for this .”

“I havent been to a Tesco cafe in ages so great to see how its modernised. Theres modern decor and a relaxed environment. Great for families and space for accessible seating. I love their new menu lots of veggie options and optional extras like hasbrowns. The service was great we were served by Stella who was warm and welcoming. Food came quickly and a good portion size.”

“I used the click and collect service at Marks & Spencer Solihull Sears Retail Park for the first time recently, and I have to say I was really impressed. The staff were polite and friendly too, which always makes the experience nicer. It’s such a convenient service, especially when you don’t have time to browse the store or wait in long checkout lines. “Great store organised clean with toilets and nice staff. Quality of food can range quite a bit but in general most of it is quite nice. Definitely recommend And get a clubcard before visiting, it saves nearly 10% and gives coupons”
