Was served with a smile by a lovely lady named Emma on this August Bank Holiday morning. I was picking up 6 x 20kg bags of screed. When loading my car, Emma helped with loading. She helped more than the lads did on my last 2 visits. She's a credit to your branch. Thanks again Emma

Staff or should I say one lady middle age blond with an aggressive attitude as I asked if she could lower her face mask so I might lip read as I'm hearing impaired, she was quite aggressive telling me to go to a monitor and order product As I have other health issues I don't want to shear with a shop full customers
Helpful & friendly staff. A good selection of products at reasonable prices. The only negative is the car park, which is tight. I witnessed parking wars ensue!

Ideally, one should order online and simply pick up from the service desk. Alternatively, there are catalogues (Argos style) around the pick up area, so remember your glasses! Finally, there is an order point where staff will look in the catalogue for you and do what you could (should?) have done yourself. This service is clearly regarded as secondary to their prime objective of passing out online orders, but the service is friendly and helpful - especially as there is no browsing possible.
Very nice convenient location. Good range of available stock. Staff are friendly and helpful to assist when required. It is quite a compact store but has good range of products to make up. Free parking available, generally not a particularly busy store. Recommend.
