“I had an issue with my old boiler and Martyn came round to have a look. He did something to it and told me it be fine for a while longer. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need at the time and because of this I had trust in him. About a year later my boiler finally broke so I contacted Martyn again. They gave me a quote for a new boiler and arranged for when it could be installed. Stefan arrived on-time on the Saturday morning and promptly got to work. He was a nice bloke and very tidy! I've had the boiler for about 6 weeks now and it all seems fine. I would recommend this company because I am pleased with the work and communication before and after installation was great. I will also be booking them to do my yearly boiler inspections.”

Haps from the customer service team was particularly helpful, patient and reassuring, making sure they do everything possible to still meet the delivery deadline when there was a small issue with the worktop. Impressive product at a fraction of the price, everything carefully packed and included, as per the item description. Even the sink and tap, which were included, were a good brand and brilliant quality. Overall, extremely satisfied with the item and service. Would choose them again in the future. “Got an amazing kitchen. Everything was straightforward, they reply immediately to any queries. We were helped by Andreea, absolutely lovely and great knowledge and experience. The fitter Andy, did an amazing job and again replied to queries after hours to help us dealing with an external (and pretty terrible) worktop company. They are not the cheapest but we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen. Going back I'd definetely get the worktop from them too as they would sort everything start to finish is a much smoother way.”

“Stuart fitted a loft hatch & ladders for us & we were very happy with the end result. Stuart is very polite, listens to your requirements & makes practical suggestions. His work was to a very high standard & we now have easy access to some much needed additional space in our loft. We have previously used Westwood Furniture to make innovative use of an old airing cupboard. He was able to convert this from being an outward facing storage room on our landing to a brilliant slide door cupboard in the parallel bedroom. This bedroom was a box room so the additional space was again very much appreciated & useful as was the design. On both occasions Stuart has been fully open to suggestion & gives you options so you can consider the best way forward. He is an extremely honest individual & I would not hesitate to use him on our next project, whatever that may be!”
