Store in Shirley

“We visited this store yesterday and ended up buying 2 chairs and looking at various other items around the shop. We were helped by Haris during our visit. He was extremely helpful - he's a credit to the company, no pushy salesperson tactics either..... We've used this branch of Furniture Village previously and the staff have always been great. Obviously I'm just a random person on the internet, but I like to give credit where it is due and thank Furniture Village Solihull (& Haris in particular) for a great experience. I was almost happy to hand my hard earned wages over for the service and chairs! Don't forget to have a free cookie & drink, they're almost as nice as the staff there..... Hopefully the chair picture has uploaded, this is probably the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in (Lindos), nicely adjustable too! (Lots of colour options are available). If you've read this far, thanks, you will enjoy your visit to Furniture Village Solihull, great place to buy various items for your home and staffed by nice people too! Hopefully the last bit didn't didn't sound too much like Donald Trump!”

“This is just over the road from work so I have eaten here several times. The staff have always been friendly, the food tasty and priced fairly. The Big Daddy breakfast lives up to its name without feeling like an actual ordeal. Less gluttonous meals and sandwiches are also available. Overall it's recommended by me and definitely better than the Cranmore Cafe around the corner (which isn't awful, just not as good as here).”

“Having damaged my car whilst visiting my family in Solihull I was very pleased that Listers Land Rover were able to repair my car at short notice. The service manager kindly arranged for my car to be repaired the following day, thereby allowing my onward journey. All the staff are very helpful and I was kept updated of the repair during the day. The repair was carried out quickly and to the highest standard. Would definitely recommend. “I honestly have never had a pharmacy that has been so incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to be understanding and helpful in ways I've never had at previous chemists. To feel acknowledged on a personal level is something we have seemingly lost in the health care sector over the years, however the personal level of service is not lost here. Best decision I made was to reach out to this chemist over 12 months ago, and I've not had a single issue. Including support for my child who has autism and SPD, and they always make sure her medication is always sourced for her so she is able to take it.”

“I havent been to a Tesco cafe in ages so great to see how its modernised. Theres modern decor and a relaxed environment. Great for families and space for accessible seating. I love their new menu lots of veggie options and optional extras like hasbrowns. The service was great we were served by Stella who was warm and welcoming. Food came quickly and a good portion size.”

“Couldn’t be happier with the vanity unit bought and the customer service was the best I had since I started renovations. Haps from the customer service team was particularly helpful, patient and reassuring, making sure they do everything possible to still meet the delivery deadline when there was a small issue with the worktop. Impressive product at a fraction of the price, everything carefully packed and included, as per the item description. Even the sink and tap, which were included, were a good brand and brilliant quality. Overall, extremely satisfied with the item and service. Would choose them again in the future. “Just popped in to Timpson‘s in Shirley. Was served by a man called Dave. The whole experience was an absolute delight. David was extremely helpful and friendly and definitely went the extra mile. It very much reminded me of shopping experiences in the days When people knew what they were talking about, didn’t waffle, but offered to professional and friendly service. It actually felt like a family run business as they used to be. Would not hesitate to recommend.”
